Refund & Cancellation Conditions

Refunds or cancellations shall only be considered before the submission or processing of your application or receipt. Once your application has been submitted, forwarded, or receipt has been generated, the transaction is deemed complete and no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

If your request qualifies, please send an email to us within 24–48 hours of payment, stating your full name, payment reference, and reason for refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. You will receive confirmation via email after successful processing.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Service has already been initiated or submitted.
  • User provided incorrect or incomplete application data.
